Program Description
GuardDex, operated by Richey Business (David A. Richey), sends transactional SMS notifications only — security alerts, monitoring events, and appointment reminders based on the categories you selected at opt-in. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on security events and the notification categories you selected. Most users receive fewer than 5 messages per week during normal operations.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any GuardDex SMS message to unsubscribe at any time, or use the opt-out page . You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS after that.

Consent & Confirmation
Opt-in requires an email confirmation step (double opt-in). Consent records include timestamp, selected notification categories, and basic request metadata (IP address and user agent) for compliance and fraud prevention. Consent is never shared with third parties.

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
